"People tell you a lot when you listen." I strive to listen, to really hear you without judgment or taking responsibility for you, and without trying to "fix" you. I listen to understand and connect with you so that we may work together to enhance your wellness and achieve the quality of life you desire. By talking and exploring your life and your experiences, you can think afresh about the nature of your current circumstances, interpersonal relationships, and life goals.
Using established methods of therapy, I will help you learn and practice strategies and tools to experience life with a fresh, new view and renewed energy. You can expect me to be direct and collaborative with you. You can also expect me to be an accountability partner for the practice assignments given between sessions. Together, we will track our progress and make adjustments to therapy goals as needed.
